Common questions
Which printers work?
Oak Label is built for Bluetooth thermal label printers such as the Phomemo D30. Support for more models may be added over time.
The app can’t find my printer.
Make sure the printer is charged and switched on, Bluetooth is on, and Oak Label has Bluetooth permission (Settings > Oak Label). Don’t pair the printer in iOS Settings; connect from inside the app.
My print is shifted or cut off.
Check that the label size in Oak Label matches the roll loaded in your printer.
How does batch printing work?
Import a CSV spreadsheet. Oak Label prints one label per row, filling the template with that row’s values.
Do I need an account?
No. Oak Label works without any account and keeps your labels on your device.
